My name is Kurt Hummel and I'll be auditioning for the role of Blaine Anderson's submissive.
Blaine stalked over to the freezer and took out an ice cube and without warning, knelt next to Kurt and forced it on his tongue. “You have been so naughty, and so rude today. It’s time you’ve learned how hurtful your words can truly be.”
Kurt gave a startled squeak, trying to jerk away. The sudden cold had caught him by surprise.
“Get on your knees!” He said simply, pushing him down. “I will NOT be treated this way, so you will stay down there until you do- I don’t care if it’s uncomfortable.”
Kurt cried out and folded, collapsing to all fours on the floor. He stayed where he was put, crying loudly.
“Maybe your dad is actually trying, hmm?” Blaine said, hands on his hips. “Maybe he’s doing what you asked. What would happen if we actually have our own child of our own blood and Burt will actually be Grandpa? What about then? Will you think he’s trying to steal that child away from you? Will you think I am?”
"Shut up!" Kurt yelled. "It’s different! This is different! It’s not fair.” He stomped his foot again. It felt good to let the energy out, so he allowed the angry tears that were building up to spill over. He was tired and grumpy and he wanted something to go right.
Blaine sighed and forced Kurt to bend over to send a harsh whack to his backside. “Enough with that attitude, unless you want to join Alex in napping and being a baby.” He stood Kurt up again and even more gently, “How is your dad trying to him from you?”
"I’m not a baby!" Kurt yelped, rubbing at his butt. It stung, and it left him pouting. "Don’t hit! It’s not my fault everything sucks! Stupid Dad yelling at me and not trusting me and then being Grandpa to my baby.”
Blaine grabbed onto Kurt’s wrist, loose enough not to hurt, but tight enough to keep his attention. “How is this going to be any different than what I have been doing. The only difference is that I’ll have a title other than “Blaine.” I’ve basically been his Papa the last few weeks, and I’ve loved it. I love him, and I love you and that’s all that matters. I’m sorry I didn’t talk to you- I didn’t think we would have this problem. Next time I will,” he said gently, apologetically.
This was, in fact, entirely rational, which just made Kurt more angry. He yanked his hand away and stomped his foot. “But he’s mine.” He whined childishly. “And now Dad’s trying to take him too.”
Blaine flinched and helped to turn Alex on his back and popped a pacifier between his lips and lead Kurt out of the room. “He’s not your child,” he said simply, leaning against the counter of the kitchen. “He’s not just yours. He’s ours, and he’s also his own, which means he should have the choice to say no to me- not you.”
Kurt tugged away from Blaine and began to pace, face stormy. “But you didn’t even talk to me! You didn’t say ‘hey, I’m gonna offer this to Alex!’ Which you should have, because what if you don’t like it, hmm? What if you don’t want to be Papa? We could have done some testing periods.”
“I didn’t think I needed your permission to be more than just Blaine to Alex. I actually thought you would be supportive of it,” he hissed right back, sitting up slightly.
"First my dad, now you!" Kurt wormed his way out from Alex’s grip. "Can everyone just stop taking my kid without permission? At least talk to me first.”
Blaine gave a small sigh when Alex turned and cuddled closer to Kurt, tucking his head in his chest. “Now we rest,” Alex said simply, sighing happily. “My Daddy and my Papa.” And then he was fast asleep, burrowed in his Daddy’s chest.
"Really?" Kurt hissed the second Alex was out. "Really, you couldn’t have warned me first?"
Blaine saw that look and knew he was in a lot of trouble with his husband and he wondered why. “Just today, actually. I’ve been thinking about it, and I love Alex, and I don’t see why not.”
“Thank you, my Baine!” Alex exclaimed, cuddling close. “It gonna be weird, but nice. My Daddy and my Papa.”
Kurt gave Blaine just one more look that promised a conversation later, but then turned back to Alex. “That’s right. Anything my Alex needs.”
